Graduation, the time where you feel like you have completed something great or the time where you watch all of your friends graduate instead of yourself. Thankfully for my case I was graduating with average grades, which can be good and bad.
Our graduation was very fancy. Girls wear their nicest dresses and the highest heels (mine were 3 inch wedges so not that high) Guys wear tuxes or dress shirts . And we all walk down the uneven stairs hoping we don't fall. No one did thankfully. After all of the speeches we finally get the certificate that proves we have graduated the eighth grade and entering the depths of high school.
Graduation ceremony is awesome and all, but after it is better. Only the eighth graders get to go to this dance that has all the food you can possibly imagine. Pretzels,popcorn,soda,candy, and the best of all, the chocolate fountain. Everyone loved it there were so many different things you dip in chocolate it was so awesome.
The dance was held at the community center, which is pretty big so there was also a photo booth, spray tattoo place, lounge, dance floor, and even a character drawing place. I am so happy to be part of the class of 2013 eighth grade class and moving on to high school. We had a blast last night and today we are leaving for New York so I will see you later, bye.
